The position is a combination of: Teaching in the current subject area in lower elementary as well as scheduled time at after-school care Team resource and after-school care: The position's content is adapted based on the organization's needs and your expertise. Your Tasks: - Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching according to the curriculum - Contribute to secure and inclusive learning environments - Close collaboration with engaged colleagues in your work team - Work purposefully to give all students the best possible conditions to succeed - A work environment where structure, security, and relationship-building are central - Opportunity to influence teaching and contribute to the school's development work Your Profile: - Are a certified teacher for grades F-3 - Have good ability to lead instruction and create a productive learning atmosphere - Have a clear focus on students in your work - Are flexible and solution-oriented - Thrive in a varied role Experience teaching in lower elementary is a merit.
