Kitchen Staff - Hourly Substitute

We are looking for you who have experience in cooking and want to work as a summer substitute and/or hourly substitute with us at Bolmängens Behandlingshem in Flen. You can be a trained chef/cook or have equivalent knowledge through experience. Bolmängen is a private residential facility for people with mental and physical disabilities. As a cook with us, you work independently in the facility's kitchen. Food is prepared from scratch as much as possible and breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. Your work includes ordering supplies, cleaning, handling special diets when needed, HACCP (food safety), and self-inspection. You need to have good knowledge of the nutritional content of meals and preferably be up-to-date on the Swedish Food Agency's guidelines. Are you the person we're looking for and want to know more?
