Head Chef at Elise

Elise was founded in 2018 and has since become a popular summer restaurant with mention in White Guide. We who run Elise are two brothers in our mid-30s to early 40s. We believe it's important to have fun at work and we strive for a good atmosphere. In total, we have about 20 people in our team ranging from 15-50 years old. During high season we have approximately 250 dinner guests daily and are open 7 days a week. The kitchen team consists of 5 chefs. Due to a last-minute cancellation, we are looking for a head chef to start immediately. Either someone with solid experience who quickly becomes self-sufficient, or someone who has worked a few years as a sous chef and wants to take the next step. Support is available from an experienced head chef at one of our other locations. There is an opportunity for a year-round position as head chef at our hotel in Dalarna after the summer. At Elise, everyone in the team strives for the same thing: creating memorable complete experiences for our guests.
