Head Chef at Elise

Elise was founded in 2018 and has since become a popular summer restaurant with recognition in White Guide. We, who run Elise, are two brothers in our mid-30s to early 40s. We believe it's important to enjoy work and we strive for a positive atmosphere. In total, we have about 20 people in our team ranging from 15 to 50 years old. During peak season, we serve approximately 250 dinner guests daily and are open 7 days a week. The kitchen team consists of 5 cooks. Due to a last-minute cancellation, we are looking for a head chef to start immediately. Either someone with solid experience who can quickly work independently, or someone who has worked a few years as a sous chef and wants to take the next step. Support is available from an experienced head chef at one of our other locations. There is an opportunity for a full-year position as head chef at our hotel in Dalarna after the summer. Everyone on the Elise team strives for the same thing: to create memorable overall experiences for our guests. Do you want to be part of a tight-knit team that has plenty of laughter and fun at work?
