You are pedagogical and understand what it means to work with different types of people, of varying ages and experience levels. Your Tasks and Areas of Responsibility You lead the kitchen staff and ensure the quality of our food offerings. As an inspiring leader, you ensure that you develop your team members and lead by example. You quality-assure our food offerings and ensure that operations comply with laws and hygiene requirements. Your tasks include planning, procurement, inventory management, personnel responsibility, and scheduling, but you also work in daily operations and drive the department forward. Together with our Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the overall operations. You are · Flexible, innovative, and outgoing · Fast, thorough, and efficient · Comfortable with high-paced work and quick changes · Experienced in leadership and ordering · You appreciate guest interaction, thrive in an open kitchen, and spread positive energy. Employment starts no later than September/October but can also start earlier.
