About the Role As a kitchen assistant with us, you have an important role in the daily work around food, well-being, and structure for our clients. You are responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals, and contribute to a safe and well-functioning environment in the operations. The work includes, among other things: Planning and preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee/tea breaks Adapting meals based on allergies, special diets, and cultural needs Food handling according to hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP) Ordering food supplies and receiving deliveries Cleaning, organization, and self-inspections in the kitchen Collaboration with care staff regarding clients' needs and daily structure About Knivsta HVB The operations are centrally located in Knivsta, close to public transport but still close to nature.
