About Viljan Sävik Treatment Home Sävik treatment home in Säter was established in 1994 and is today a residential care facility offering treatment for men aged 18 to 55 with issues related to substance abuse/addiction, criminality, and mental health. The treatment home is an "open" facility where clients choose to seek treatment themselves. At Sävik, therapists, nurses, doctors, treatment assistants, kitchen assistants, and cooks work for the clients' best interests. About the Kitchen Assistant Role We are now looking for a committed kitchen assistant to join our team at Sävik Treatment Home. You will help keep everything running smoothly in the kitchen by preparing food, washing dishes, and maintaining order. This is a perfect position for you if you want to combine work with studies or other activities, as the position is scheduled for every other weekend (Friday-Sunday). Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is cheerful, thorough, and enjoys collaborating with others. You are flexible, communicative, and responsible in your work approach. Since the pace in a kitchen can be fast, it's good if you handle stress well. Qualifications We would like you to have: Experience from kitchen work (desirable but not an absolute requirement). You are at least 18 years old. Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing. Good reading comprehension. Good understanding of kitchen hygiene. We would like you to have a strong interest in food and service, and it is desirable if you have education and/or experience from the food industry and large-scale kitchen work. Employment Terms Scope and Working Hours Employment level: 28% Working hours: Fixed schedule every other weekend (perfect side job!). Type of employment: Permanent position (We apply a 6-month probation period). Start date: By agreement. Collective agreement: Yes. What Can We Offer You?
