We are a restaurant offering food with a focus on Middle Eastern-inspired grilled dishes and shawarma. We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced shawarma cook who wants to become part of our team. About the Position As a kitchen assistant, you will work with the preparation and cooking of shawarma as well as other tasks in the restaurant kitchen. The position requires experience with meat preparation, marinating and cooking, as well as the ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality. Responsibilities * Prepare, marinate, and handle meat for shawarma. * Assemble and cook shawarma skewers of chicken and beef. * Oversee grilling, slicing, and serving. * Ensure that food maintains high quality and is presented in an appealing way. * Follow applicable hygiene and food safety procedures. * Participate in other tasks in the kitchen. * Contribute to good order and teamwork in the workplace. Qualifications * Experience working in a restaurant kitchen. * Experience cooking shawarma or similar grilled dishes is a plus. * Knowledge of meat preparation, marinating, and food handling. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Careful, responsible, and service-oriented.
