Chef for the Food Service Department

The Food Service Department has several cooking kitchens and prepares and serves all meals at the respective units. Right now we are looking for several chefs for our operations. YOUR ASSIGNMENT As an experienced chef, you are responsible for creating meal experiences for our customers within elderly care and schools. The work includes responsibility for meal quality and kitchen operations, as well as meal preparation, special diets, quality control, and administrative tasks such as ordering and menu planning. You generously contribute your knowledge to the collective development of the entire department. QUALIFICATIONS You have completed a restaurant and food program and/or other equivalent education, and you have several years of experience as a chef. Experience from large-scale kitchens or restaurants as well as procurement/ordering is a merit. Computer skills are a requirement for the position. A B driver's license is a merit.
