At Gullmarsstrand, located on beautiful Skaftö, we're now looking for someone who loves creating memorable experiences for our guests, has a great passion for cooking, and enjoys working as part of a team. I'm Markus, the head chef, and I enjoy working with the team toward shared goals. We have fun at work and collaborate seamlessly in the kitchen. We're proud that the food we serve is prepared from scratch using the best possible ingredients. We prioritize organic, locally sourced ingredients and of course plenty of fish and seafood. We work with both traditional and innovative cooking at high quality. A driver's license and access to a car are preferred, but not required.
