About the Role Would you like to be part of shaping the future kitchen at one of Stockholm's most beautiful hotels? We are now looking for a chef for Fågelbro Säteri – a place where food, environment, and service maintain high standards. Here you will be part of an engaged team with a head chef and sous chef as your immediate supervisors. As a chef at Fågelbro Säteri, you are involved in the daily operations of the kitchen. You are responsible for ensuring that the food maintains high quality, that raw materials are handled correctly, and that our high standards for hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP) are followed. You actively work to ensure a first-class dining experience for our guests – whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or events. The role is varied and suits you if you thrive with taking responsibility and contributing to a strong culinary identity at Fågelbro Säteri. With a completely renovated conference section and a new gastronomic focus and offering, we look forward to taking the kitchen to the next level together with you. Working hours are varied, weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening shifts. Your Profile We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience as a chef and who preferably has worked in similar environments, ideally at hotels or restaurants with high demands for service and quality. You have excellent knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene. We also see that your understanding of seasonal ingredients and sustainable handling of them contributes to our premium product. For this position, you must speak Swedish and/or English fluently to create good communication with your colleagues in the kitchen and at the hotel. You are discerning, meticulous, and work cleanly and neatly in the kitchen. You have a positive attitude, spread joy at work, and are loyal to both the team and the operation. You are used to working at a high pace without compromising on quality, and you adapt easily to new menus and customers' different wishes.
