Cook - Summer Substitute/Temporary Positions

We are urgently seeking a cook who would like to work as a summer substitute with us during weeks 26, 27, 32, 33, 35 at Vikingen Care Home in Malmköping. Working hours are 7-16:30 and the schedule includes both weekdays and weekends. Vikingen is a private residential facility for people with physical and mental disabilities. As a cook at Vikingen, you work independently in the facility's kitchen. Meals are prepared from scratch as much as possible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. Your responsibilities include ordering supplies, cleaning, handling special diets when needed, HACCP (food safety) and internal controls. You should have good knowledge of nutritional content of meals and be updated on the Food Agency's national guidelines. Are you the person we're looking for and would like to know more?
