JOB DUTIES As a cook, you are responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of dishes of high quality. Cooking is done largely from scratch. You will prepare and serve food of high quality using premium ingredients. 50% of foodstuffs are KRAV-certified organic, MSC-labeled, fair trade, or locally produced. We always choose 100% Swedish meat and Swedish meat products. You will be employed in the Meals Department and work as part of a team in Undersåker at Fjällbackens school kitchen. In this role, you collaborate with other cooks, one of whom is a head cook, and kitchen assistants. You collaborate with your immediate supervisor, the students, and the teachers at the school. The position means you are employed by the Meals Department with placement in Järpen, but this may change if needs arise elsewhere. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has • Documented culinary training and training in HACCP/self-inspection. • Knowledge of allergy-friendly cooking • Good computer skills • Proficiency in Swedish, spoken and written Employment Type: Permanent position.
