At the clinic, we have approximately 20 employees who provide orthotic and prosthetic services to the residents of Värmland. Our largest client is Region Värmland, where patients are referred from primary care and specialized healthcare. We participate in several different specialist teams where we collaborate with doctors and physiotherapists around the patient. The orthotic and prosthetic clinic is centrally located in Karlstad in new modern facilities with an integrated store where we also have the opportunity to offer a self-care option to our private-paying customers. In Värmland, we have close collaboration with healthcare providers as well as many local businesses and organizations in the region. Your responsibilities As a Clinic Manager, your primary role will be to lead and distribute work at the clinic. You are responsible for coaching and developing employees and driving the clinic toward company-wide goals. You build relationships and develop collaboration with both new and existing stakeholders. You thrive in a role where you combine leadership and clinical work (patient consultations are included to a limited extent). You are part of Region Mitt's management group (Östergötland, Värmland, Uppsala, Gotland) and report directly to the Regional Manager. Several projects are underway that will impact the way we deliver healthcare and care for our patients/customers. As a Clinic Manager, you will have a central role in driving this work forward locally together with our employees. Who we are looking for You currently work within orthotics and prosthetics or other healthcare. You are an engaged leader, preferably with several years of experience in operations management, and a clear communicator who enjoys collaborating to achieve results. You enjoy translating strategic decisions into local action plans and leading through change. You have the ability to build good relationships with customers and collaboration partners.
