At HVB Gästgården, we are now looking for a therapist to join our team. We are currently in an exciting phase where Fogdaröd prioritizes developing high-quality care and evidence-based treatment methods at our residential facility. Just as important as working based on the above values is doing so with dedication and care toward our adolescents, commissioners, guardians, and each other in the work team. We serve adolescents aged 12-15 with psychosocial difficulties. Our target group is broad and may include externalizing behavior, poor emotion regulation skills, and lack of a safe home environment. Many of our adolescents have some form of ADHD/autism diagnosis, anxiety issues, and traumatic life events. We accept referrals from the social services throughout the country. We offer a secure and homely living environment with individualized treatment based on implementation plans and individual goals. Our psychological treatment is based on CBT. Our treatment goal is always to increase functional behavior and skills and create a meaningful existence for our adolescents. This is to increase the chances of providing the young people with opportunities, strategies, and resources for their future after their placement ends. HVB Gästgården is beautifully situated in a park with proximity to nature. In the adjacent forest are beautiful waterways and walking trails that contribute to an active leisure time. We also have outdoor and indoor gym facilities on the grounds for the adolescents to use. We also go on excursions that take us throughout Skåne. Do you want to work closely with adolescents with complex needs and be an important part of their change journey? At HVB Gästgården, we are now seeking a dedicated and confident CBT therapist (level 1) who wants to work in close treatment contact with adolescents who often have a combination of neurodevelopmental disabilities and trauma-related issues. With us, you will have a central role in the treatment work and the opportunity to influence adolescents' development—every day. About the Position: As a CBT therapist with us, you work at the intersection of: - individual treatment - daily treatment work - supervision and support to staff You become a key person in the operation where you contribute to creating structure, predictability, and security for the adolescents while strengthening staff competence in interactions and understanding of complex needs. You are part of a leading treatment team together with the area manager and coordinator, where you collectively work to develop the operation and ensure quality in treatment work. The position also includes on-call duty according to schedule. Responsibilities - Treatment work close to the adolescents' daily lives - You actively work in the adolescents' daily environment and implement CBT strategies in practice. The work includes, among other things: - Conduct individual CBT sessions - Map difficulties and resources and conduct behavior analyses - Establish and follow up treatment plans - Support adolescents in emotion regulation, impulse control, and social skills - Work with stabilizing and security-creating interventions - Make "here and now" interventions in conflicts, strong emotions, or crisis situations - Collaborate with social services, schools, youth psychiatric services, and other key stakeholders - Manage implementation plans, documentation, and care summaries - Supervision and support to the staff team - You are also an important support for the care staff in their work. You will, among other things: - Provide everyday supervision in low-arousal interaction - Support staff in creating structure, routines, and predictability - Be a sounding board in difficult situations - Contribute to a secure, professional, and coordinated team effort We Are Looking for You If You - Are a licensed psychotherapist or have level 1 in CBT - Have experience working with adolescents with ADHD/autism and/or trauma - Have good understanding of low-arousal interaction, clear pedagogy, and structured approaches - Are confident, stable, and clear in encounters with adolescents in emotional situations - Thrive in a role where you combine treatment, practical work, and supervision - Have good collaboration skills and want to be part of a dedicated team
