Responsibilities • Prepare salads, vegetables, sauces, and cold accompaniments. • Manage daily mise en place and raw material handling. • Ensure food safety and quality control standards are followed. • Contribute to organization, quality, and efficiency in the kitchen. • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure high service standards.
