Description Källby Gård is the school "in the middle of the village" which together with the after-school center is responsible for students from preschool to grade 6. The school has a strong focus on forward-thinking and developing learning based on current research in collaboration with others. Collaborative learning is an important part of this work. To create a secure learning environment and provide good conditions for all students to succeed in school, we invest considerable effort in building good relationships. At Källby Gård, approximately 40 employees work together with our students, where good relationships, high expectations, and good communication are core concepts. At Källby Gård, the work team is a key success factor. Together with them, you plan, follow up, and evaluate your work. The school has a well-functioning student welfare team that includes a school counselor, school nurse, special education teacher, special educator, psychologist, and principal. Responsibilities We are looking for an engaged and flexible employee who wants to be an important part of our operations. In this role, you will work where the need is greatest and contribute to continuity, security, and quality instruction for our students. You will support the operations during regular staff absences and work in both the school and after-school center based on operational needs. The assignment involves taking responsibility for instruction, supporting students in their development, and contributing to a safe and stimulating learning environment. The assignment includes: teaching and leading student groups in different grades supporting students in their academic and social development contributing to a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment collaborating with colleagues, student welfare staff, and guardians working in the after-school center as needed adapting your work based on current operational needs This position suits you if you appreciate variety, have broad pedagogical interests, and enjoy meeting different student groups. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher or has other pedagogical education that the employer deems relevant. Experience working in primary school is a merit.
