Cable Assembly Technician

Rimaster Electrosystem AB is experiencing growing demand for cable solutions from both existing and new customers. That's why we're looking for cable assembly technicians who want to be part of our team. About the Role Following introduction and internal training, you will work with assembling various types of cables. You'll work using drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. You'll work in production, where quality awareness, technical interest, and drive are important qualities. You should also have a positive attitude and good collaboration skills. You need to be thorough, flexible, and have an eye for what needs to be done. We're Looking for You If You preferably have electrical technical training or equivalent, but it's not required You preferably have experience assembling cables or similar industrial work, but it's not required You are thorough, organized, and able to quickly grasp instructions You have a good sense of quality and attention to detail You have the ability to identify improvements and contribute to efficiency enhancements in daily work You can read and understand Swedish – drawings, instructions, policies, and safety regulations You can read and understand English We Offer With us, you'll have the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment where you become an important part of our production.
