ABOUT THE POSITION: We are now seeking a junior electrical engineer for a team working with EDA tools (Electronic Design Automation), software, and systems used to design, develop, and manage electronics and circuit boards. The team's mission is to create efficient workflows and provide support to electronics engineers in their daily work. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine technical work, support, and improvement initiatives in a varied and developmental day-to-day environment. You will work closely with users and help develop and optimize the tools and processes used in electronics design and product development. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support and assist users with technical questions and problems. Participate in improving workflows and processes. Test and evaluate new tools and solutions. Create and update documentation, guides, and training materials. Work with basic scripting and automation to streamline work. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: Has post-secondary education in electronics or a related technical field. It is not necessary, but advantageous if you have: Knowledge of Siemens Xpedition or similar systems. Knowledge of PLM/PDM systems, such as Windchill. We are looking for someone who is curious and solution-oriented with a structured and analytical work approach. You have a service-oriented attitude, communicate clearly, and enjoy collaborating with different types of users and teams. You also have a strong interest in technology and smart tools and are motivated by finding efficient solutions and improvements. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT: This is a consulting assignment, which means that initially you will be employed by Friday. The intention from the Client and our side is that after an agreed-upon number of months, you will become directly employed by the client.
