About the position As a Job Coach within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path toward self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work includes: Individual guidance and coaching Matching with jobs and educational programs Contact with employers and network building Support in application processes and interview preparation Who are you? We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, skilled at building relationships, and who thrives in a dynamic environment. You are social, flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Inspiring and motivating people is your strength! Requirements (meet at least one of the following options): Option 1: At least 180 university credits (120 credits under the previous system) At least two years of full-time work experience Option 2: At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with satisfactory results At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Job transition work for job seekers Career and educational counseling Handling of personnel matters (not solely administrative) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career counseling Meritorious skills and experience: Arabic Strong network within the local business community Ability to create and maintain relationships Structured, proactive, and results-oriented Good communication skills and coaching-oriented approach Digital competence and experience with online meetings Why should you apply?
