The job involves sales, putting guests first, and ensuring a positive gaming experience. We provide in-house training for all new employees, so you don't need prior work experience, although it's a plus. Most importantly, you need to be ready to bring your commitment. In return, we'll help build your CV, develop your skills, and provide you with a fun work environment. All our surplus goes to sports—since 1979, Idrottens Bingo has donated more than 1.3 billion to Swedish sports. That's another reason why it's great to work with us. We want you to be service-minded, flexible, ambitious, stress-resilient, and able to work independently since you'll mostly work alone. It's great if you're comfortable speaking into a microphone in front of people and have some confidence. Mental math and cash handling shouldn't be a problem, and the ability to "connect with people" is essential. Our tasks include card sales, café sales, entertaining guests, cleaning, and bingo reporting. Since we're a small team working together, we place great importance on your personal qualities. Teamwork is key here, and it's important that you have a strong team spirit and value collaboration. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. Our halls are open most days of the year. Working as a Bingo Host means you'll work shifts—days, weekends, and evenings. This is a part-time position of approximately 20–25 hours per week. You must be able to start this summer. Requirements for the position: you must be at least 18 years old, speak Swedish, be focused on working, and want to develop within sales and service.
