We are now seeking an engaged IT support technician for a temporary position at 70% from August 24 to March 31, 2027. The IT department is responsible for operations and user support of the municipality's IT systems, such as telephony, networks, office applications, and record management systems. We work both internally and in close collaboration with municipalities in northern Örebro County, utilizing a shared network (WAN). Our environment also includes modern cloud services, which places high demands on security; therefore, IT security is a natural foundation in everything we do. Responsibilities Staff support for Hällefors municipality users via helpdesk, phone, email, and on-site visits. Monitor and control central IT systems. Receive, document, and follow up on IT requests. Troubleshoot technical problems, both on-site and remotely. Perform routine system checks and operational tasks. Qualifications You have basic IT education at least at upper secondary level, or equivalent experience. You have a strong interest in IT, are curious, and want to learn more about new technology. You are service-oriented and experienced in handling problems. You work well independently and take responsibility. You have good collaboration skills and can communicate pedagogically. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. B-category driving license required. Meritorious Experience with IT support in a municipal organization. Experience with international support contact. Terms Temporary position at 70% from August 24 to March 31, with start date August 24. Working hours are during daytime, and a flexible working hours agreement applies. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
