IT Technician - Network and Server Specialist We are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented IT technician with a focus on networks and servers. In this role, you will work with operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and development of our IT infrastructure. You will be an important part of the organization and contribute to ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT environments. Responsibilities · Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and server environments · Monitor operations, performance, and availability in the IT environment · Troubleshoot and resolve issues within networks, servers, and related systems · Work with security, backups, updates, and preventive maintenance · Provide technical support to users and collaborate with internal and external partners · Receive and handle incoming tickets from users and customers · Visit customers for installation, troubleshooting, support, and other on-site technical services · Participate in the development and improvement of various aspects of network and infrastructure · Document changes, routines, and technical solutions Qualifications · Experience working with networks and server administration · Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, operations, and maintenance of IT infrastructure · Ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner · Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation · Driver's license (Class B) is required · Merits: Knowledge of virtualization, firewalls, and cloud services · Merits: Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 · Merits: Experience with network equipment such as switches, routers, and wireless networks · Merits: Experience with ticket management systems and documenting technical solutions · Merits: Experience with customer contact and working in environments where service and customer interaction are important · Merits: Certifications in areas such as Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant fields We look forward to receiving your application!
