About the Role You'll become an important part of our team and work broadly as an IT technician with focus on: - Operations, support, and client management - Network solutions and Microsoft 365 - Onboarding and migration of new customers to InfraCom's platform - Technical projects in close collaboration with the team We're Looking for You If You: - Have a genuine interest in IT and technology - Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) - Thrive in a consulting-oriented role working closely with customers - Have the drive to continuously learn and develop - Speak Swedish and English fluently, both in writing and speech Your Profile We believe you have a genuine IT interest with at least 3 years of experience working with computers, networks, and related equipment. Ideally, you have relevant education in the field. As a person, you are service-oriented, well-organized, and thorough. You're a flexible individual who adapts easily to different situations.
