We have varying seasons with excellent opportunities for a rich leisure life and good housing close to nature. ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an IT Support Technician based in Lycksele. Our customers work within municipal operations, for example administration, schools, and health and social care. Lystkom is responsible for IT operations and support in Lycksele, Storuman, and Åsele municipalities. As an IT Support Technician at Lystkom, you work in first-line support and are the person users meet in their first contact with Lystkom. This involves broad responsibilities that largely consist of handling incoming requests in a ticket management system as well as phone support. In addition to IT support, other areas of responsibility may also become relevant, such as management of computers, tablets, and other technical devices. Common work tasks include access administration, SITHS card management, troubleshooting applications and hardware. The position also includes being stationed at one of Lycksele's schools on certain days, where you provide on-site support to students and staff and meet users with varying needs and technical experience. ABOUT YOU The work is varied and you will encounter many different types of challenges. Therefore, you need to have good planning skills, service mindedness, social competence, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who thrives with a varied work pace, is attentive and pedagogical, and has a natural approach to working with people. We see that you have good communication skills through various channels such as telephone, in-person meetings, and digital tools. As a person, you are thorough, organized, and quality-conscious. You must have very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have experience in IT operations and technical support and/or a strong technical interest and understanding of technology, as well as experience working in a school environment. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. REQUIREMENTS Category B driver's license ABOUT US Lystkom consists of approximately 30 employees in the five member municipalities Lycksele, Storuman, Vilhelmina, Åsele and Dorotea. Lystkom IT consists of approximately 18 people based in Lycksele, Storuman, Tärnaby, and Åsele.
