IT Support Technician - Forsmark

In your role as Support Technician, you will be involved in all stages of implementation, development, and management of customer systems and services. We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-focused and goal-oriented, while also being service-minded and always keeping the customer in focus. As a person, you are a quick learner, easily adapt to new tools and systems, and thrive and perform in an environment with periodic high pace. You will work with receiving, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing tickets via phone, portal, and email, from both customers, internal and external users. Responsibilities: Resolve incoming tickets with customer service and security as top priority Handle orders such as permissions and accounts Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in collaboration with the customer's system and technical experts both internally and from vendors Continuously contribute to improving daily and long-term work and take responsibility for your own development Contribute your expertise to the team Collaborate with customers and vendors Qualifications: Experience in technical support Drive to work with continuous improvements Willingness to help A genuine passion for technology Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple way to various stakeholders Relevant education and/or certifications are advantageous Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written About Human IT Human IT is about doing things a little differently, truly putting our employees in focus.
