We are now looking for a structured, communicative, and solution-oriented IT Coordinator who wants to contribute to ensuring that our IT support is secure, fit-for-purpose, and creates real value in the organization. About the role As an IT Coordinator, you will have a central role at the intersection between operations, IT operations, IT, and external suppliers. You function as an important link between our internal needs and the IT solutions required for the organization to operate efficiently, securely, and sustainably. In the role, you are responsible for coordinating, developing, and following up on the organization's IT-related needs. You work closely with the operations, suppliers, and IT department at Härjedalen Municipality as well as the IT departments/functions in Berg and Bräcke to ensure that IT support functions, develops, and complies with applicable requirements for security, architecture, and governance. The role also includes support in implementing new systems and ways of working, as well as work with documentation, information security, and equipment needs. As an IT Coordinator, you will also follow up on deliveries, agreements, and service quality, contribute to work on information security and data protection, and coordinate IT equipment and hardware needs with suppliers.
