It includes preschool, preschool class, primary school, adapted primary school, after-school care, and youth center. We have development-oriented and pleasant preschools distributed across our three towns Virsbo, Ramnäs, and Surahammar for children ages 1–5 years. Here you have the chance to be part of driving the development of preschool education forward. All staff have access to iPads and Mac computers as tools for, for example, documentation. We implement all staff in ICDP, International Child Development Programme, which is a health-promoting program designed to strengthen psychosocial care competence. Preschool teachers are trained theoretically and practically in the program. DUTIES As an hourly substitute, you will work in our preschools as needed and may be part of different work teams. You work to support children's development and learning and engage in educational work according to the curriculum. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is 18 years old or older and who is passionate about working with children. Relevant education and/or experience in the field is meritorious. An important quality is that you are easy to collaborate with and have the ability to see what needs to be done. You must speak Swedish well, both verbally and in writing. It is important that you are adaptable as it requires that you can step in and work on short notice. We expect you to work from a holistic perspective on the child/student and that you have respect for each child's/student's needs. It is good if you have a driver's license and access to a car as we have preschools in our three towns Virsbo, Ramnäs, and Surahammar. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment Form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months. Before employment can begin, an extract from the police's criminal record and suspect register (no more than 6 months old) is required. At the interview, valid identity and citizenship must be demonstrated.
