We are now seeking an experienced integration developer for a long-term assignment with a critical infrastructure player in the energy sector. This role is perfect for you if you have solid experience in Java-based system development, integration platforms, and modern container-based environments. You will become an important part of an agile team working on development, enhancement, and maintenance of system integrations. The team consists of analysts, developers, testers, and application specialists. A central part of the assignment is also to contribute to the migration of existing integrations from legacy solutions to a new integration platform. About the Assignment In this role, you will work with: - Developing and enhancing integration flows - Implementing integration solutions in Apache Camel on Kubernetes platform - Working with XML and converting between different XML formats - Documenting design and system solutions - Participating in migration from existing legacy solutions to new integration platform - Contributing to the implementation of API Management solution - Participating in project and operations work - Troubleshooting, fixing, and testing both new and existing integrations - Contributing to the team's working methods and development We're looking for you who have - At least 5 years of experience as a system developer in the last 10 years - At least 3 years of experience with Java development - At least 2 years of experience with application development based on microservices architecture and container technology - At least 2 years of experience with system and integration development with technologies such as: - XML/XSLT - JMS - Web services, SOAP and/or REST - At least 2 years of experience with Apache Camel development - Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It's a bonus if you have - Experience with system integration in the energy sector - Experience with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle WebLogic - Experience with Spring/Spring Boot - Experience with APIs in an API Gateway - Experience working in security-classified or mission-critical environments As a Person We're looking for someone who is self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented. You have good collaboration skills, take initiative, and are flexible when workload varies. Since the role involves close collaboration with both team members and other stakeholders, it's important that you are communicative, clear, and able to build trust.
