Instructor for 10-Event Competition

We are now looking for instructors for Gårdskampen! At Gårdskampen, a 10-event competition is held where guests are divided into different teams, and each team gets an instructor. After 9 events at various locations on the farm, all teams gather for a final duel, climbing wall, or night challenge. After that, the winner of the 10-event competition is crowned. Working as an instructor involves instructing and motivating your team during the 10-event competition. As an instructor, you primarily lead our 10-event competition but also have various work tasks on site. Our bookings range from corporate kick-off events to bachelor and bachelorette parties. A standard booking usually takes around 2.5-3 hours, but for larger events it takes longer. We are looking for someone who is social, responsible, and enjoys working with people.
