We are now seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager who will become an important part of our team and primary contact for two major international customer accounts. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy building customer relationships, coordinating across teams, solving problems, and aren't afraid to speak up when needed. YOUR DAILY WORK As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for daily contact with two major customer accounts in India and China. You will serve as the link between customers and our internal organization, ensuring that inquiries, orders, and deliveries are handled smoothly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include: Building and developing long-term customer relationships Coordinating activities between customers, production, technical teams, and other internal functions Following up on orders, deliveries, and ongoing matters Handling customer inquiries and ensuring high service levels Supporting the sales department in day-to-day work as needed Driving problem-solving and moving projects forward The role primarily involves office-based work, though a few trips per year may occur. WHO ARE YOU? We believe you have several years of experience in a coordinating role within customer service, inside sales, order management, or technical sales. You need to be action-oriented, communicative, and confident in your decisions. You are accustomed to handling multiple parallel tasks simultaneously and have the ability to prioritize what creates the most value. You strive for high quality but also understand the importance of maintaining pace and moving forward when the situation requires it.
