Förebygg is now seeking a driven and self-motivated inside sales representative who wants to help our customers create security and peace of mind in their homes with the market's most transparent and customer-friendly alarm solution. About the Position With us, you'll work with a newly launched and unique full-scale home alarm system where the customer owns their data, has full control over their system, and can also manage smart features in our mobile app. Unlike many competitors, our prices are both fixed and transparent. Our customers can also expand and upgrade their home alarms without affecting their monthly fee. As an inside sales representative at Förebygg, you will: • Schedule and conduct meetings with customers from our existing customer base, consisting of Sweden's most satisfied customers in security*. • Build customized packages together with the customer to meet their needs. • Use flexible campaign tools to tailor offers. • Work long-term through follow-up and nurturing of customer relationships. *According to Reco.se, Förebygg is ranked #1 among all security companies. We're Looking for Someone Who: • Wants to grow together with a rapidly expanding company and group of like-minded people. • Has experience in sales via phone and/or face-to-face; specific home alarm sales experience is a plus but not required. • Is attentive and skilled at identifying customer needs. • Has good organizational abilities and is thorough with follow-ups, as sales often require multiple contacts with the customer and internally with colleagues. • Is self-driven and goal-oriented, with the ambition to take responsibility for your own sales and reach your targets. • Has an interest in developing and learning everything about the product and industry, with opportunities to advance within the group. • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good computer skills.
