We are now looking for a procurement manager who wants to develop with us in trenchless pipe renewal – an innovative method for renovating and modernizing utility networks without extensive groundwork. About the procurement manager role In this role, the main focus is on procurement and operational support to the business. When needed, you may also support improvement work and system-related matters. You will be part of our production support team and work closely with production, suppliers, and internal functions. The role involves close collaboration with the business and you report to the Head of Production Support. The role includes tasks such as: - Manage the procurement process from needs analysis to ordering - Contribute to supplier development and cost optimization - Handle quotations and contract preparation, follow-up and procurement data - Collaborate with production and central functions - Support the business in improvement work related to routines and working methods - Provide support in system-related matters and contribute to the development of internal system solutions with a focus on integrations, data management, and technical improvement. You will be based at the office in Södertälje with occasional travel to our various regional offices, projects, and suppliers throughout the country. Are you our new procurement manager? You are communicative, solution-oriented, and comfortable in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high. We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications: - Relevant post-secondary education in procurement, logistics, engineering, IT, or equivalent work experience deemed equivalent - Experience from the construction or civil engineering industry and preferably in water and wastewater - Experience in contract procurement and administration - Good knowledge of contracts and experience with contract interpretation and practical application - Good computer skills and excellent system understanding - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written - Category B driver's license About Pollex Pollex currently has approximately 140 employees and a turnover of approximately 500 million kronor.
