The Role We are looking for information architects who want to work as consultants on assignments with both public and private organizations. You will step in where the information landscape is complex, requirements are high, and the need for structure is great, helping our clients create clarity, quality, and sustainability over time. About the Role As an information architect with us, you work closely with clients' operations, IT, and sometimes also legal and security. Assignments vary, but they all share a focus on structure, concepts, information flows, and long-term information management. You may work in environments with high demands for, for example: Information security Traceability and quality Regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIST, DORA, NIS2, archives, public access principles, etc.) Develop information models, concept models, and metadata models Support the organization in structuring and classifying information Contribute to change initiatives, system implementations, and digitalization projects Establish principles and working methods for information management We Are Looking for You Have experience with information architecture, information modeling, or related roles Are accustomed to working consultatively and navigating between different stakeholders Have strong analytical skills and can translate business needs into clear structures Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Meritorious: Experience from the public sector or larger organizations Knowledge of information security, data protection, or archives Experience with enterprise architecture, EA, or system-oriented roles Only the Best for the Best – Our Personnel Philosophy Castra is a consulting group in IT and Management.
