About the Position Do you want to work in a technologically advanced and highly automated industrial environment where problem-solving, automation, and maintenance are in focus? We are now seeking an industrial electrician/automation technician for Clas Ohlson's distribution center in Insjön. Here you will become part of a dedicated maintenance team working to ensure operations in a modern logistics facility with fully automated pallet crane storage, miniload systems, conveyor systems, and advanced automation solutions. The role is varied and combines both corrective and preventive maintenance in an operation where the pace is occasionally high and where collaboration is an important part of everyday work. We are looking for someone with experience from industrial operations, preferably in process industries, who enjoys working operatively close to production. You will work both independently and together with mechanics and other colleagues in the maintenance team to keep the facility running and contribute to world-class maintenance. Responsibilities Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on automated facilities and production equipment Troubleshoot and work with PLCs, control systems, and industrial electrical components Participate in planning and developing maintenance work together with the team Collaborate with mechanics and other departments to ensure high operational reliability Work actively on improvements, documentation, and maintenance systems Location: Insjön Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Two-shift schedule with scheduled weekend work. Over a three-week cycle, you work a full shift rotation with a total of nine days off. About You You are a solution-oriented and driven person who thrives in a role where you take significant personal responsibility. You have a technical interest and enjoy working practically with troubleshooting and maintenance in an environment where no two days are the same. For success in this role, we believe you are structured, proactive, and good at collaborating with others. At the same time, you are self-reliant and comfortable prioritizing and making decisions when the situation requires it. You have an open and positive attitude and contribute to good teamwork. Qualifications Experience as an industrial electrician, automation technician, or similar role in industry/process industries Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and industrial electrical installations Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance Good understanding of reading drawings and technical documentation Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Class B driver's license Meritorious Experience from process industries or highly automated facilities Knowledge in programming and automation Forklift certification or experience working at heights Mechanical knowledge and experience supporting mechanical maintenance We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
