About the Position In these roles, you are an important part of production operations. You work together with your colleagues in a work team with shared responsibility for quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Work tasks may vary depending on the assignment's needs, which means we value flexibility both in terms of tasks and shift scheduling. Working hours are arranged in 2-shift operations; night shifts may occur in some cases. Formal Qualifications To be considered for the position, we see that you have: Driver's license category B and access to a car to get to the assignments Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Approved upper secondary school grades in: Mathematics A/1 Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language A/1 English A/5 Social Studies A/1 For truck and traverse forklift operators, the following is also required: Forklift certification TLP10 (not older than five years). To operate a forklift at the client's site, driver's license category B is also required Traverse forklift certification (not older than five years) Meritorious Technical education Previous experience in production work Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility Initiative in a changing industrial environment Personal drive, commitment, and flexibility We appreciate it if you attach your upper secondary school grades to your application, as well as pictures of your forklift and traverse certifications if you hold them.
