JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a rehabilitation specialist, you are responsible for providing qualified support to managers and colleagues in rehabilitation processes and ensuring that our initiatives comply with applicable legislation and guidelines. You work closely with managers and HR colleagues and are an important resource in both analysis and development. You will be part of a team of motivated colleagues where we help each other succeed in our assignments and recognize the importance of sharing knowledge and experiences with one another. Your assignment includes supporting the HR Department and managers in the municipality with complex rehabilitation matters throughout the organization, from initiation to completion, including planning and follow-up. An important part of the assignment is to identify risk factors related to sick leave and long-term sickness absence and actively implement them into concrete improvement initiatives. You develop, implement, and follow up on procedures, methods, and working practices within work-oriented rehabilitation, drawing on environmental monitoring for support and inspiration. You will also conduct training sessions on rehabilitation and workplace environment. The assignment also involves collaboration with various parties, such as occupational health services, healthcare, authorities, and labor organizations. You analyze statistics and translate these into reports and the HR Department's daily work. You are also the primary responsible person for our IT system support within rehabilitation. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with an academic education in rehabilitation, such as a licensed occupational therapist, physical therapist, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. The role requires in-depth knowledge of work-oriented rehabilitation. You have experience working with rehabilitation from a preventive and health promotion perspective and are confident in providing close, consultative, and practical support to managers and colleagues, preferably within municipal operations. Your competence enables you to quickly understand different operations' needs and contribute structure, clarity, and quality to rehabilitation work as the employer's representative. Documented experience with rehabilitation, work capacity assessments, work adaptations, and sickness absence prevention work is a requirement for the position. Experience collaborating with healthcare, rehabilitation coordinators, occupational health services, and authorities is advantageous, as is knowledge of different actors' roles in the work-oriented rehabilitation process and related labor law provisions. You need to have unimpeded knowledge of the Swedish language with very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. We would appreciate it if you have experience with and enjoy delivering lectures and conducting training sessions. You have the ability to independently manage your work regarding working methods, necessary decisions within your area of responsibility, and drive processes toward results. You easily adapt when the conditions for your work change and see opportunities in change. You act without ego to promote your own and the group's development and continued work. You need to be organized in your role and confident working with statistics and follow-up. We highly value collaborative ability, both within the team and externally. Salary form: Monthly salary.
