Workplace Description The HR unit at Farsta District Administration is responsible for developing HR processes and implementing Stockholm City's HR strategies. The HR unit also ensures that HR-related laws, agreements, and guidelines are followed. The HR unit supports the administration's managers in a consultative manner in all HR areas: employment law and agreements, employee engagement and leadership, competence supply, salary reviews, work environment and rehabilitation, and collaboration. The HR unit consists of four HR consultants, one HR administrator, and one HR manager. We're located in bright and pleasant offices in the middle of Farsta Center. In your role as HR consultant you're offered a varied assignment where you work operationally and tactically to support managers and operations on an ongoing basis within HR-related issues and processes. You'll be the contact person for one of our operational areas where you provide consultative support in the employer role. Depending on experience and interest, you focus on one or more specialist areas. Within your specialist area you drive administration-wide development work and design and conduct information and training initiatives for managers and other target groups. Your Competence and Experience We're looking for you who have: * An academic degree in HR or other education assessed as equivalent. * Several years of experience in broad HR work where you've supported managers and operations in all commonly occurring HR processes and issues. * Experience in driving development work within HR and implementing various training initiatives. It's an asset if you have experience in HR work within the public sector. We're looking for you who are confident in the employer role, attentive to operations' needs, and solution-focused. You're used to working independently and driving your work forward. Furthermore, you're good at collaboration and building good relationships. You have good communication skills and express yourself clearly in Swedish both orally and in writing. In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on your personal skills.
