Enerco is seeking a structured and driven HR Generalist who wants to develop HR processes and provide qualified support to managers and employees. The role is operational and varied with a focus on recruitment, labor law, occupational health, and HR administration – all to create a positive employee experience. People and Operations in Focus Within Enerco Industrial Cleaning, where this position is located, HR supports a business area with approximately 20 managers and around 500 employees. Our mission is to provide close support to operations on matters concerning leadership, skills supply, occupational health, change management, and employee development. Recruitment and Onboarding Administer and coordinate recruitment processes Publish job postings, manage selection, and support managers in recruiting Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes Collaborate with schools, participate in job fairs, and establish contacts with vocational education providers to contribute to future skills supply HR Administration Prepare employment contracts and personnel-related documents Administer personnel registry and HR systems Ensure correct documentation in compliance with law and internal guidelines Responsible for reporting to SCB, Svenskt Näringsliv, and regarding recruitment needs Employee Support Support managers in basic personnel matters Manage our rehabilitation cases and support managers in care conversations and basic rehabilitation matters Answer questions regarding policies, procedures, and labor law Support work with employee surveys Participate in HR development projects Contribute to developing and improving internal HR processes Qualifications and Merits The position involves travel and work at different operational locations based in Gävleborg Post-secondary education in HR, personnel science, behavioral science, or equivalent Basic knowledge of labor law and willingness to develop further in this area Experience in administrative work is an asset Good system proficiency; experience with SD Worx is a plus Very good Swedish in speaking and writing Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and communicative, with the ability to build trust in collaboration with managers and employees across different parts of the organization.
