The role is an important part of creating conditions for SiS to establish a more equitable and efficient approach across the entire organization. As an HR Generalist, you will support the institution's managers and help create conditions for them to fully do what they do best—be present leaders. In this role, you will work operatively, independently, and broadly with all HR areas, including: recruitment, systematic workplace environment efforts, rehabilitation, competence development, employment law such as terms and agreements, and union negotiations. You will collaborate with various professional groups at the institution, within the agency, and with external actors such as occupational health services. You have experience and knowledge of working in various personnel systems. At SiS, we work in Primula and Reachmee, among other systems. We are in a period of change/transition at SiS Youth Home Rebecka, which has resulted in increased workload. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to be involved, is willing to collaborate, and approaches the organization's needs with flexibility. We see that you are responsible and ensure that various types of work tasks under your responsibility are completed. You also have an easy time following through on various decisions made in the department and at the youth home. With this recruitment, we are now seeking an additional HR Generalist with the aim of having two HR Generalists. As a new employee at SiS, you will undergo SiS basic training. Qualifications To best handle the work, we see the following requirements: Relevant post-secondary academic education of 180 ECTS credits from a university/college in human resources, behavioral science, or similar. Several years of experience in broad operational HR work. Good knowledge and current experience in employment law advisory services. Experience working with competency-based recruitment. Experience providing management support on all HR matters. Good knowledge of workplace legislation, employment conditions and benefits, competence development, cultural work, systematic workplace environment efforts, rehabilitation, and experience working with these processes. Meritorious: Knowledge of Swedish public sector employment law Experience in HR work within a public organization such as a municipality or government agency. Experience working with competency-based recruitment. We place great importance on personal qualities.
