About Viscaria Viscaria is a Swedish-listed mining company focused on restarting the Viscaria mine in Kiruna – a copper deposit with excellent geological conditions. The company is working to develop modern and responsible mining operations where new technology, efficient processes, and high environmental standards are an integral part of the business. Copper is one of the world's most sought-after metals and plays a central role in electrification, renewable energy, and the green transition. The ambition is for the Viscaria mine to become an important supplier of responsibly produced copper to Europe. Following the receipt of necessary permits, the company is now in a phase where the organization is growing and preparing for upcoming production. The project includes developing new facilities and building an organization to run operations long-term. As an HR Business Partner, you'll be part of this journey and have the opportunity to help shape working methods, culture, and HR structure in a growing company. The role offers the possibility of working from Luleå with a hybrid/remote arrangement, combined with regular presence in Kiruna. About the Role As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and operations, playing a central role in day-to-day HR work. The role is broad and varied, with content that can be adapted based on your experience and strengths. You might come from a broad HR role, have worked more specifically with recruitment, or have experience in personnel-related work in another function. You support managers with questions related to recruitment, work environment, employee matters, structure, and development. The work includes both operational support in daily operations and opportunities to contribute to process and methodology development. As new roles and functions are established, recruitment and talent acquisition become an important part of your assignment. Here you contribute with structure, coordination, and support in close collaboration with responsible managers. Key Responsibilities Examples of common work tasks include: Recruitment and talent acquisition Support to managers on employee and organizational matters Onboarding and integration of new employees Labor law and collective agreement-related questions Payroll processes and HR-related administration HR systems and digital tools Development and quality assurance of HR processes Work environment and matters related to culture and employer branding What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with experience in HR, recruitment, or other work where you've supported managers, employees, or organizations with personnel-related questions. You may have academic education in HR/personnel, behavioral science, or similar – but it can also be experience that has given you equivalent knowledge. We'd like to see that you have: Experience in HR work, recruitment, or similar role Interest in labor law, work environment, and manager support Familiarity with administrative tasks and digital systems Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English It's a plus if you've previously worked in a growing business and/or industrial environment – but it's not a requirement for the position.
