HR Assistant

We are now seeking an HR Assistant for a combined role at both Ästad Vingård and Varbergs Kusthotell! The HR tasks will focus on scheduling and recruitment. The position also includes working every other weekend. ABOUT THE POSITION This is a full-time position (100%). Your responsibilities will include: • Scheduling and workforce planning in Caspeco. • Receiving and processing absences (sick leave notifications). • Recruitment: writing job postings, publishing in appropriate channels, managing selections, and conducting interviews. • Planning onboarding and introductions. • Coordinating temporary staff, substitutes, and seasonal employees. • Ongoing HR administration and communication with managers and employees. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who: • Has HR education. • Has previous experience in a similar HR administrative role, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry, or has worked in another role in the hotel and restaurant sector. • Is very experienced working with digital systems, preferably with scheduling and personnel administration. • Is self-driven, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel. • Thrives in a service-oriented role with many customer touchpoints. • Has strong communication skills in both Swedish and English. It is a bonus if you have experience with Caspeco and/or Visbook, have worked in organizations with collective agreements within the Hotel & Restaurant sector, and have experience recruiting seasonal and temporary staff. FACTS Scope: 100% Start: August 1 Salary: According to agreement Unfortunately, there is no public transportation to Ästad Vingård. A driver's license and access to your own vehicle are therefore essential requirements for this position. ABOUT ÄSTAD VINGÅRD & VARBERGS KUSTHOTELL Ästad Vingård is one of Sweden's largest vineyards with organic grape cultivation. Since 2011, we have grown organic grapes and produce our own wines. The estate has 82 rooms for overnight guests and Sinnenas Spa. Adjacent to Ästad Vingård is Restaurant ÄNG, which has one star in the Michelin Guide. The historic Varbergs Kusthotell has been operated by Ästad Vingård since 2025. It features 157 hotel rooms, 13 conference rooms, and Restaurant Severins.
