About the Position: We are now looking for an experienced and service-oriented receptionist. You will be working at a hotel in Nynäshamn through Energy Staffing & Advisement Sweden AB, where we match the right person to the right assignment. This position suits you if you are flexible, responsible, and thrive in a role with a fast pace and varied tasks. We are seeking candidates for extra shifts, part-time, and full-time positions. It's a bonus if you have experience with the Picasso booking system and feel confident working independently in the system. Responsibilities: As a receptionist, you will be responsible for: Welcoming, assisting, and providing top-class service to our guests Check-in and check-out of hotel guests Handling bookings and inquiries via email and phone Working in the booking system Cash handling and administrative tasks Actively working to upsell the hotel's services and offers Ensuring the hotel's standards, procedures, and concepts are followed Serving food and beverages to guests when needed and basic dishwashing Ensuring a calm, safe, and professional environment during your shift We Are Looking For You If You: Have experience in hotel reception Have good experience working in the Picasso booking system (required) Speak Swedish and English fluently Are self-motivated, flexible, and confident in your role Can start with short notice (if needed) Have a professional demeanor and high service awareness Enjoy varied tasks within reception, service, and guest interaction Application: Send your application with CV to [email protected] and write NYNÄSHAMN in the subject line.
