We are now seeking a hotel receptionist for Elite Hotels Växjö. The reception is the hub of the hotel and the face we present to our guests. It's here that both the first and last impressions are created. Your responsibilities will include check-ins and check-outs, upselling, switchboard management, bookings, reception administration, and general guest service. We are looking for someone with a well-developed sense of first-class service, which is essential for delivering high-level guest experiences. You are a natural team player, responsible, engaged, and proactive. You learn quickly and have the ability to act with good judgment even in more demanding situations. You have experience with similar tasks and strong language skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is highly advantageous if you have experience with a hotel booking system.
