About the Position Would you like to work in an organization where community, quality, and development are at the center? Högbo Ridklubb is seeking an experienced riding instructor who wants to help create a safe, inspiring, and well-organized riding school. With us, you'll work alongside engaged colleagues and meet students of all ages, with a special focus on children and youth. We place great emphasis on good customer service, clear pedagogy, and a positive environment where both students and horses develop. Responsibilities Plan and conduct riding lessons with structure and clear progression Teach children, youth, and adults at different levels Participate in the training and further development of riding school horses Contribute to the daily operations of the facility, including stable work Handle administrative tasks related to teaching and planning Participate in competitions and events, which includes some weekend work Qualifications Requirements: Riding Instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent education/experience deemed equivalent Experience teaching in a riding school B-class driver's license Desirable: Several years of experience as a riding instructor or instructor Documented experience working with children and youth Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and contribute to the whole.
