DUTIES As a full-time mentor, you are responsible for a group of students, which includes supporting and stimulating them in their schoolwork. You shall be a link between home and school and conduct mentor and development conversations with students and guardians. You will also participate in various meetings such as parent meetings, assessment meetings, and various contacts with, for example, child psychiatric services, social services, and police as needed. Collaboration with teaching staff and other school personnel is an important part of creating a holistic view of the student. This position is a temporary appointment at 50% for the next school year, and the employment form is an interim position. QUALIFICATIONS We would like you to have an educational background as a teacher, educator, social pedagogue, or other education deemed suitable for the assignment. Experience working with young people is an asset. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. You should be independent, organized, and flexible as you plan your work according to students' needs. Collaboration skills and social openness are important abilities in this work. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
