We are approximately 7 employees working on 2 different projects at all times. One involves renovations and improvements of our own properties such as villas, farms, rental houses, and industrial buildings. The other is rental of furnished residences, currently primarily directed toward businesses. We stay busy all the time. Here are examples of tasks: Renovate and improve properties in Ytterturingen Östavall Ramsjö, build rooms, build multiple bedrooms to accommodate many wind turbine workers in individual bedrooms, renovate windows, replace windows, review water and heating systems, install additional showers, excavate for new connections for electricity, water, and sewage.
