Hansjöskolan (formerly Slottsskolan F–6) is an F–6 school with approximately 230 students, centrally located in Vingåker with proximity to both Säfstaholms Castle and beautiful natural areas. We are a school in development where students, staff, and guardians work together to create a safe and educational school environment. We are now seeking two teachers who want to help shape our operations – one teacher for lower grades and one teacher for middle grades. 2 position(s). WORK RESPONSIBILITIES We are currently in an exciting phase where we continue to develop both our organization and teaching. If you want to make a difference, contribute ideas, and be involved in the school's continued development, there are good opportunities to do so. As a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction based on the curriculum and governing documents. You also serve as a mentor for a class and work to create good conditions for students' academic and social development. You are part of a work team where collaboration and shared responsibility are important parts of daily work. At the same time, you are given room to take your own initiative and contribute your experience and ideas. We are seeking someone who wants to help develop instruction and who sees opportunities in building on the school's strengths together with colleagues. The school has a student support team consisting of a counselor, school nurse, social pedagogue, special education teacher, and principal. We also work closely with the central student support services where a school psychologist, speech-language pathologist, and special education specialist provide support and expertise. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone who is a certified teacher with credentials for lower grades and/or middle grades. You are confident in your teaching role and find it easy to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You see collaboration as a natural part of the job, while taking responsibility for your own work. We believe you are curious, engaged, and want to contribute to the school's development. You enjoy finding solutions, are willing to try new approaches, and want to work with colleagues to create the best possible conditions for student learning and well-being. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-08-10. Work hours: Daytime.
