This is not a role for someone who wants to "support the process." This is for someone who matches, acts, and gets people into jobs. We are looking for a coordinator for Rusta och Matcha who understands the labor market, has strong employer contacts, and is driven by clear goals and follow-up. You know that good matching is not luck – it is craftsmanship. The assignment – short and clear Your assignment is to: Get job seekers into employment or education, quickly and sustainably. You work closely with participants, but equally closely with employers. You take initiative, see opportunities, and build business between competence and needs. What you will do Match job seekers to employment or education with high accuracy Work actively, proactively, and strategically with employer contacts Create concrete job opportunities – not just "suggestions" Coach participants with clarity, pace, and clear expectations Follow up on results and work systematically toward established goals Ensure quality and documentation according to the Swedish Employment Agency's requirements Who we are looking for We are not looking for someone who needs to grow into the role. We are looking for you who already know the job. You: Have documented experience in matching, recruitment, or labor market work Have established employer contacts or are extremely skilled at creating them Are confident in dialogue with companies and know how to sell your candidates Think in terms of results, not activity Enjoy follow-up, goals, and clear expectations Are self-driven, structured, and professional Formal requirements (according to the Swedish Employment Agency) For this position, you must meet one of the following alternatives: Alternative 1 University education of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the previous system) in a relevant field At least 2 years of full-time work experience Alternative 2 At least 1 year of post-secondary studies with satisfactory results At least 3 years of full-time work experience in, for example: Recruitment Career transition work Work management Labor market or HR matters Study and career guidance Social or group psychology Career counseling (Part-time is converted to full-time according to regulations.) You must attach both education certificates and employer references that support the alternative you fall under according to the description above.
