The Guardian Authority Unit then exercises supervision and control over guardianships, protective supervision, and administration. As mentioned earlier, you will be part of a work group with extensive experience where it is a matter of course that we support each other on various matters, but where you independently handle your own cases. Alternatively, other higher education and/or work experience that is deemed relevant. It is a merit, but not a requirement, if you have previous experience working in municipal or other public administration. You are comfortable working independently and take responsibility for planning and organizing your work in an efficient and structured manner. The role requires you to be analytical and have good problem-solving skills, as your main tasks consist of investigating, interpreting legal texts, compiling information, and formulating statements in cases that can often be complex. You have good IT skills and are an experienced user of the Office suite. You have good knowledge of Swedish as the work is communicative and places high demands on your ability to express yourself well orally and in writing. A work day can include contact with colleagues, co-workers, residents, and authorities. To succeed in this role, we see that you are confident and considerate and have the ability to separate facts from personal matters.
